How to solve you didn't provide enough info for Google? ›

Kindly use account recovery from previous logged in location/ip address and used device for your Gmail/Google account as Google will also check it in the backend. Try to clear your browser cache or use a different browser from the same location and used device as well.

You can access the Account Recovery form from the password-assistance page by selecting "I don't know my password," entering your username, and clicking the link to verify your identity on the following page.

Navigate to Menu > Directory > Users. Find the user who needs their Drive data restored. Point to the user and click More options > Restore data. Select the date range for the data that you want to restore.

If you keep getting signed out

Make sure your cookies are turned on. Some antivirus or related software may delete your cookies. If your cookies are turned on, clear your browser's cache. Be aware that deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, but it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've visited.

To get started, head to g.co/recover and enter your Gmail address. Important: Not all deleted accounts can be recovered.
