How do I see my results on Quest? ›

Lab test results (performed by a Quest Diagnostics laboratory) will be delivered to MyQuest as soon as they are available. You can check the current status of your test results in MyQuest on the Results page.

Most test results are available within 2-5 days of collection. Yet some complex testing may take 14 days or more. Quest sends completed test results directly to the ordering doctor for review. Results will also be available in your MyQuest account as tests are completed.

If your GP surgery approves your request, you'll be able to see your test results when you view your GP record in your NHS App or account. This can take a few weeks. If your GP surgery does not approve your request, you can contact them to discuss why they did not to make your test results available.

You can print a lab test result while viewing your list of lab test results on the Results page or while viewing the lab test results report. To print from the Results page: 1 Click next to the lab test result you want to print, and then select Print PDF.

The following blood tests will take longer: Diabetes blood test (Hba1c) – 1 week. Rheumatoid Arthritis blood test – 1 week. Coeliac blood test (endomyssial antibody) – 2 weeks.

Your results may be delayed if the sample is inadequate (not enough blood), contaminated, or if the blood cells were destroyed for some reason before reaching the lab.

You may get your blood test results after a few days, and usually within a few weeks. If you do not hear anything after a few weeks, contact the GP surgery or specialist. The GP, nurse, or specialist should talk to you about your results and explain what happens next.

Patients can access the MyQuest Web portal at QuestDiagnostics.com/MyQuest. They can also download MyQuest on their mobile device from the Apple App and Google Play stores or by visiting QuestDiagnostics.com/MyQuest.

How do I recover my quest account? ›

1 Click Sign in, and when you are on the Sign In page, click Forgot Username (located under the Sign In button). 2 Type the first name, last name, email address, and date of birth associated with your account. 3 Click Submit. You will be sent an email from Services@QuestDiagnostics.com that contains your username.

You will receive an email notification when your lab test results are ready. You can log in and view the results on your Quest Results page.

Log in and check the Quest Orders page for the status of your purchase. If your transaction is NOT on the Orders page, it is likely that the charge is still being processed by your credit card company.
