As a beautician she grew a family of friends that sustained her until retirement in 2016 and beyond. She was preceded in death by her son Forrest David Shugars. She is survived by her son Mitchell and daughter-in-law Diane Forsyth, and granddaughters Ashley and Jennifer Forsyth, all of Havre, Montana.
